Oscil.mdl is another base-themed map object, which would go well with the earlier console model. It’s an oscilloscope – well, a computer monitor which is displaying a wave. Like the console linked above, the model is useful for its animation effects: the screen has a moving wave pattern. This model is also notable for being created from scratch today. It comes with a single skin, and two animation sequences. The main sequence is a grouped frame which animates the wave on the screen. After this is the “flatline” pose, with no animation and the wave-line lying horizontal.
