Play a sound on a periodic basis
“volume” how loud (1 default full volume)
“noise” path to the sound to play
“wait” random time between sounds (default 20). Set to a negative value to have no random component
“delay” minimum time between sounds (default 2)
“impulse” channel on which to play sound (0-7) (0 automatic is default)
“speed” attenuation factor:

-1 – no attenuation
1 – normal
2 – idle
3 – static

If “target” is set, then Quoth looks for an entity with a matching targetname (note that extended targetname fields are ignored for this feature). If it finds one, then the sound is played emanating from that entity rather than the play_sound_triggered.
