Identical to the original, but with some extra funcionality.
By setting the “onlymonster” key to 1, this will teleport monsters but not the player. Just like the “player_only” spawnflag in reverse.
Setting the “notelefrag” key to 1 will prevent any monsters or players on the destination point being telefragged, but will wait instead until the destination is clear.
Lastly, setting “state” to 1 will not impart the forward velocity normally applied to the player on arrival at the destination ( like teleporters in Doom ).
